Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure proper use and maintenance.
Important Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, read all instructions before using this appliance.
- Always plug the fireplace directly into a wall outlet. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug or after the fireplace malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect the fireplace, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This fireplace has an automatic overheating protection feature. If the fireplace overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the fireplace from the wall outlet and wait 10 minutes before plugging it back in.

Control Panel Operation

- Power (I/O) Button: Press to turn the fireplace ON or OFF.
- Heat Settings (POWER 1000W / 2000W) Buttons:
- Press the "1000W" button for moderate heating.
- Press the "2000W" button for more intense heating.
- Press both buttons to turn off heating while keeping the flame effect on.
- Flame Brightness (DIMMER) Button: Press to cycle through different flame brightness levels.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
- Clean the air intake and exhaust vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to prevent dust buildup.
- The tempered glass panel can be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.
Storage
- When not in use, store the fireplace in a cool, dry place.
- If possible, use the original packaging for storage to protect the unit from dust and damage.
Troubleshooting
