Thank you for choosing the BAKAJI Electric Fireplace. This modern and silent electric fireplace with a stone effect frame offers a realistic flame effect and adjustable heating power up to 2000W. Designed for ease of use and safety, it provides a comfortable and aesthetic addition to your home. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure proper use and maintenance.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, read all instructions before using this appliance.

• Always plug the fireplace directly into a wall outlet. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
• This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
• Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug or after the fireplace malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Do not use outdoors.
• To disconnect the fireplace, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This fireplace has an automatic overheating protection feature. If the fireplace overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the fireplace from the wall outlet and wait 10 minutes before plugging it back in.

• Maintain a minimum distance of 3 feet (0.9 m) from combustible materials.

Power Connection

• Ensure the fireplace is turned OFF before plugging it into a power outlet.
• Plug the power cord directly into a 220-240V AC, 50Hz grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

Operating Instructions

Your electric fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

Control Panel Operation

• Power (I/O) Button: Press to turn the fireplace ON or OFF.
• Heat Settings (POWER 1000W / 2000W) Buttons:
  • Press the "1000W" button for moderate heating.
  • Press the "2000W" button for more intense heating.
  • Press both buttons to turn off heating while keeping the flame effect on.
• Flame Brightness (DIMMER) Button: Press to cycle through different flame brightness levels.

Remote Control Operation

The remote control allows for convenient operation of all functions.

• Power Button: Turns the fireplace ON or OFF.
• Heat Setting Buttons: Select between 1000W or 2000W heating power.
• Flame Speed/Brightness Buttons: Adjust the flame effect's speed and brightness. There are 5 different flame speeds/effects available.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
• Clean the air intake and exhaust vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to prevent dust buildup.
• The tempered glass panel can be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.

Storage

• When not in use, store the fireplace in a cool, dry place.
• If possible, use the original packaging for storage to protect the unit from dust and damage.
