3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the 'Components Included' section are present. Place the treadmill on a level, solid surface. Maintain a minimum clearance of 2 meters (6.5 feet) behind the treadmill and 0.6 meters (2 feet) on each side.
3.2 Assembly
The BH Vanquish Treadmill comes partially pre-assembled. Follow the detailed assembly instructions provided in the separate assembly guide (if applicable) or refer to the included diagrams. Typically, this involves attaching the console, uprights, and securing various covers. Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened securely before use.
3.3 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the treadmill is in the OFF position before plugging it in. Once plugged in, switch the power to ON.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Console Overview

The console features 6 LED DOT MATRIX screens that display key workout metrics. Familiarize yourself with the buttons for Start, Stop, Speed adjustment, Incline adjustment, and Program selection.
4.2 Starting a Workout
- Step onto the treadmill, placing your feet on the side rails.
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing. Insert the safety key into its designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key.
- Press the START button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
- Adjust the speed using the SPEED +/- buttons or quick-select speed buttons.
- Adjust the incline using the INCLINE +/- buttons or quick-select incline buttons.
4.3 Using Workout Programs
The treadmill offers 15 pre-set workout programs. To select a program, press the PROGRAM button and cycle through the options. Once your desired program is displayed, press START to begin.
4.4 Stopping a Workout
To stop the treadmill, press the STOP button. The belt will gradually slow down and stop. Alternatively, pulling the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill for emergency situations.
4.5 Folding and Storage
To fold the treadmill for storage, ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged. Lift the running deck until it locks into the vertical position. The Soft Drop System (SDS) assists in this process. Use the transport wheels to move the folded treadmill.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your BH Vanquish Treadmill.
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe down the console and other surfaces with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Periodically vacuum underneath the treadmill to remove dust and debris.
5.2 Belt Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Refer to the separate lubrication instructions or contact customer support for guidance on the correct lubricant and application frequency.
5.3 Belt Tension and Alignment
Check the running belt tension and alignment regularly. If the belt slips or drifts to one side, adjust it according to the instructions in the full user manual or contact a qualified technician.
