Operating Instructions
1. Prepare Your Item for Smoking
Place the food or drink item you wish to smoke on a cutting board, plate, or inside a glass. For optimal smoke infusion, cover the item with a small dome, cloche, or an inverted bowl to trap the smoke. Ensure there is a small gap for the hose to enter without being flattened.

2. Load Wood Chips
Place a small amount of wood chips into the smoking chamber hole on top of the unit. Do not overfill.
3. Ignite and Infuse
- Insert the end of the injection hose underneath the edge of the dome or cover, ensuring it is not pinched.
- Slide the switch on the smoker unit to the "ON" position.
- Using a lighter (butane torch lighter recommended for best results), gently light the wood chips in the chamber. Smoke will begin to flow through the hose into the covered area.
- Once the dome is filled with smoke (typically within 30 seconds), stop firing the chips and remove the hose from under the cover.
- Allow the smoke to infuse for 2-3 minutes. For a stronger flavor, you may leave the smoke for a longer duration.
