The NUTRI FIT Digital Kitchen Scale is designed for precise measurement of food, liquids, and other items up to 11 pounds (5 kg). It features a wide stainless steel platform, an easy-to-read LCD display, and multiple unit options for versatile use in cooking, baking, and portion control.

Important Safety Instructions
- Always use the scale on a solid and flat surface to ensure accurate readings.
- Avoid contact with acid citrus juices, as they may damage the scale.
- Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.
- Keep out of reach of children. The scale contains a button battery which can be harmful if swallowed. Seek medical attention immediately if ingested.
- Dispose of batteries and the device according to local regulations. Do not dispose of with household waste.
Setup
1. Battery Installation
The scale requires 1 CR2032 lithium battery (included). Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity.
2. Initial Placement
Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Uneven surfaces may affect accuracy.
3. Storage and Hanging Design
The scale features a slim design with a hanging option to save kitchen storage space.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the ON/ZERO button to turn the scale on. The display will show "8888" then "0.0" or "0 g". To turn off, press and hold the ON/ZERO button for 2-3 seconds, or it will auto-shut off after 2-3 minutes of inactivity.
2. Unit Conversion
Press the UNIT button to cycle through available units: grams (g), pounds:ounces (lb:oz), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl'oz). The scale also supports milk and water volume modes.

3. Tare Function (Zeroing)
To weigh items in a container without including the container's weight:
- Place the empty container on the scale. The display will show its weight.
- Press the ON/ZERO button. The display will reset to "0.0" or "0 g".
- Add ingredients to the container. The display will show only the weight of the ingredients.

4. Weighing Items
Place the item directly onto the scale's platform or into a tared container. The weight will be displayed instantly.
