3. Setup and Installation

4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to safely operate your gas stove.
- Prepare Cookware: Place your cookware centrally on the pan support over the desired burner.
- Ignite Burner: Push down and rotate the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the 'ON' position while simultaneously using a gas lighter to ignite the burner.
- Adjust Flame: Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity by rotating the knob between the 'SIM' (Simmer) and 'HIGH' positions.
- Turn Off: To turn off the burner, rotate the control knob clockwise to the 'OFF' position. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.
- Gas Cylinder Valve: Always close the main valve of the LPG cylinder when the stove is not in use.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your gas stove and ensure optimal performance.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the stove to cool completely. Wipe the glass top with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
- Burners and Pan Supports: Remove the pan supports and burners. Clean them with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive brush. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back on the stove.
