4. Setup
- Select Power Plug: Attach the appropriate AC plug (UK, Euro, or US) to the charger for your region. Alternatively, use the 12V car adapter for in-vehicle charging.
- Connect to Power: Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet or the car's 12V socket. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Insert Battery Plate: The PROCUBE2 comes with interchangeable battery plates. Select the correct plate for your Olympus camera battery (e.g., BLN-1, BLS-5, BLH-1) or the AA battery plate. Gently insert the plate into the charging slots until it clicks into place. The previous wired plate has been replaced with a user-friendly cable-less version.
- Insert Batteries: Place one or two compatible camera batteries into the designated charging slots. For AA batteries, place up to four AA batteries into the AA battery plate.

5. Operating Instructions
- Initiate Charging: Once batteries are inserted, the charger will automatically begin charging. The high-end LCD display will show the current charge status for each battery, including the percentage and mAh reading, indicating how much capacity has been added.
- Monitor Charge Status: Observe the LCD display for real-time charging progress. The lightning bolt icon on the display indicates active charging.
- USB Charging: The integrated 2.4A USB charger can be used to charge smartphones, tablets, or other USB-powered devices. Connect your device to the USB port on the charger. Note that if a USB device is connected while camera batteries are charging, the charger may prioritize camera battery charging or distribute power as needed.
- Completion of Charge: When a battery is fully charged, its corresponding percentage on the LCD will reach 100%, and the lightning bolt icon may disappear or change color, depending on the specific model's indicator.
- Remove Batteries: Once charging is complete, carefully remove the batteries from the slots.
