3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the side of the microscope.
  2. Slide the cover open to reveal the battery slot.
  3. Insert one (1) AA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

3.2 Powering On

Press the power button located on the top of the microscope to turn on the LED illumination. Press it again to turn off the LED.

4.1 Adjusting Magnification

The top wheel on the side of the microscope controls the magnification. Rotate this wheel to select a magnification level between 20x and 60x.

4.2 Focusing the Image

The bottom wheel on the side of the microscope is the focus wheel. After selecting your desired magnification, place the microscope directly over the object you wish to observe. While looking through the eyepiece, slowly rotate the focus wheel until the image appears clear and sharp.
