The Aikmi Digital LCD Alarm Clock is designed for clear time display and reliable alarm functionality. It features a large LCD screen, a gentle wake-up alarm, a 5-minute snooze function, and an intelligent backlight sensor for visibility in various lighting conditions. It also displays date and temperature.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert three (3) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Batteries are not included.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting Time and Date

1. Locate the setting switches on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2).
2. Slide the main setting switch to the TIME SET position.
3. Use the HOUR and MIN/DATE buttons to adjust the hour and minute.
4. Use the YEAR and MONTH buttons to set the year and month.
5. After setting, slide the main setting switch back to the LOCK position.

2. Setting the Alarm

1. Slide the main setting switch to the ALARM SET position.
2. Use the HOUR and MIN/DATE buttons to adjust the desired alarm time.
3. After setting, slide the main setting switch back to the LOCK position.
4. To activate the alarm, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch on the side to the ON position. To deactivate, slide it to OFF.

3. Snooze Function

• When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE/LIGHT button on the top of the clock.
• The alarm will pause and sound again after approximately 5 minutes.
• To turn off the alarm completely, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch to OFF.

4. Backlight and Sensor Function

• Manual Backlight: Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button on the top of the clock to temporarily illuminate the display.
• Automatic Sensor Backlight: Locate the SENSOR switch on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2).
• Slide the SENSOR switch to ON to activate the automatic backlight. The display will softly illuminate in dark environments.
• Slide the SENSOR switch to OFF to disable the automatic backlight.

5. Temperature Display

• The clock displays the ambient temperature.
• To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), locate the °C/°F button on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2) and press it.

6. 12/24 Hour Format

• To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats, locate the 12/24 button on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2) and press it.

Maintenance

• Clean the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid exposing the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
• If the clock will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
