Cooking Process
- Submerge Food: Once the water reaches the set temperature, carefully submerge the sealed food bag into the water bath. Use the sealing clips to keep the bag submerged if necessary.

Post-Cooking Steps
After the timer completes, carefully remove the food bag from the water bath. For many foods, especially meats, a quick sear in a hot pan or on a grill is recommended to develop a flavorful crust.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your SOUSVIDE ART Sous Vide Cooker Kit, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the circulator and a working electrical outlet. Check your home's circuit breaker.
- Temperature Not Reaching Set Point: Verify that the water level is between the MIN and MAX lines. Ensure the cooking vessel is appropriately sized for the amount of water and food. Using a lid or plastic wrap over the water bath can help retain heat.
- Vacuum Pump Not Working Effectively: Ensure the vacuum bag is properly sealed along the zipper. The valve on the bag must be clean and free of debris. Make sure the pump is pressed firmly and squarely over the valve.
- Food Not Cooking Evenly: Ensure food is in a single layer within the vacuum bag and not overcrowded. The water should circulate freely around the bag.
