2. Add Engine Oil

The engine is shipped without oil. Fill the engine crankcase with the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) up to the upper level mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill. The pump features a low oil safety shutdown.

3. Add Fuel

Fill the fuel tank with unleaded gasoline. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened after refueling.

4. Connect Hoses

• Suction Hose: Attach a reinforced suction hose (1-inch/25mm diameter) to the suction port. Ensure all connections are airtight to prevent air leaks, which can affect priming. Submerge the strainer end of the suction hose completely in the water source.

1. Starting the Engine
