Setup
Initial Power On / Battery

Setting Digital Time and Date
- From the normal time display mode, press the MODE button three times to enter the time setting mode. The seconds digits will begin to flash.

- While the desired digit is flashing, press the START button to adjust the value. Hold the START button to increase the value rapidly.
- After setting all values, press the MODE button once to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.
- To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the RESET button while the hour digits are flashing in time setting mode.
Setting Analog Time
The analog hands are set independently of the digital display. Pull out the crown (the knob on the right side of the watch) to the first position. Rotate the crown to adjust the analog hands to the correct time. Once set, push the crown back in to secure the time and resume normal operation.

Using the Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (top left) to illuminate the digital display for a few seconds, allowing for visibility in low-light conditions.
Alarm Function
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter the Alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
- Press the RESET button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon (ALM) will appear on the display when the alarm is active.
- To set the alarm time, press the MODE button twice from normal time display (or once from alarm display) to enter alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Press the START button to adjust the hour.
- Press the RESET button to move to the minute digits, then press START to adjust the minutes.
- Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.
- When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.
Stopwatch Function
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter the Stopwatch mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
- Press the START button to begin timing.
- Press the START button again to pause the timing.
- Press the RESET button while paused to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
- To use the split time function (SPL), press the RESET button while the stopwatch is running. The display will show the split time. The stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press RESET again to return to the running time.
- Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.
