Safety Information
- Electrical Safety: Always disconnect the main power supply before installation, maintenance, or bulb replacement. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician if you are unsure.
- Indoor Use Only: This fixture is rated IP20, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but has no protection against water. Do not use in bathrooms or other areas where it may be exposed to moisture.
- Bulb Compatibility: Use only E14 bulbs with a maximum wattage of 40W per bulb. Exceeding this limit can cause overheating and damage to the fixture or create a fire hazard.
- Insulation Class I: This product must be connected to an earthed electrical supply.
- Non-Dimmable: This fixture is not designed for dimming. Using dimmable bulbs with a non-dimmable circuit may cause flickering or damage.

Installation (Setup)
Tools Required: Screwdriver, drill, pencil, wire strippers, voltage tester.
- Disconnect Power: Before starting, ensure the main power supply to the installation area is switched off at the circuit breaker.
- Mark Drilling Points: Hold the mounting bracket against the ceiling at the desired installation location. Use a pencil to mark the drilling points.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points suitable for the provided wall plugs. Insert the wall plugs.
- Attach Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws.
- Wire Connection: Connect the household electrical wires to the terminal block on the fixture. Ensure correct polarity: Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (E). Double-check all connections are secure.
- Attach Fixture: Carefully align the main fixture body with the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws.
- Install Shades: Attach the three metal shades to the spotlight holders.
- Insert Bulbs: Screw E14 bulbs (not included) into each of the three spotlight sockets. Do not exceed 40W per bulb.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.
Operating Instructions
The Hofstein Koppom ceiling spotlight does not feature an integrated on/off switch. It is designed to be controlled by an external wall switch connected to your household electrical circuit.
- Turning On/Off: Use your standard wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Adjusting Spotlights: Each of the three spotlights can be individually adjusted to direct light where needed. Gently pivot and rotate the spotlight heads to achieve the desired illumination angle.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, ensure the power is off. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the finish.
- Bulb Replacement: Always disconnect power before replacing bulbs. Allow old bulbs to cool completely before removal. Screw in new E14 bulbs, ensuring they do not exceed 40W.
