- Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Using the provided oil funnel, slowly add the recommended engine oil (refer to specifications for type and capacity).
- Do not overfill. Reinstall the oil fill cap/dipstick securely.
3. Adding Fuel
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 or any other fuel type.
- Ensure the generator is turned off and cool.
- Open the fuel cap.
- Carefully pour gasoline into the fuel tank, avoiding spills. The tank capacity is 1.8 gallons.
- Do not fill above the red indicator line (if present) or to the very top of the filler neck.
- Securely close the fuel cap.
