Unpacking
Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for storage or return if necessary.
Placement

Fueling the Heater
- Ensure the heater is turned OFF and completely cool.
- Take the heater outdoors or to a well-ventilated area for refueling.

Operating Instructions
Ignition
- Ensure the fuel tank is filled with 1-K grade kerosene.
- Push the quick shutoff lever to the "OFF" position (down).
- Turn the ignition knob to the "IGNITE" position. This will automatically ignite the wick.
- Confirm the wick is burning evenly. If not, adjust the wick height using the knob.
Adjusting Heat Output
The heat output can be adjusted by rotating the wick adjustment knob. Turning it clockwise lowers the wick, reducing heat, while turning it counter-clockwise raises the wick, increasing heat. Always ensure a stable flame.
Shutting Down
To turn off the heater, simply push the quick shutoff lever to the "OFF" position (down). The flame will extinguish automatically. Allow the heater to cool completely before moving or storing.
Maintenance
Daily Maintenance
- Check the fuel level and refill as needed.
- Wipe down the exterior of the heater with a soft, dry cloth.
Weekly Maintenance
- Inspect the wick for carbon buildup. If necessary, perform a "dry burn" to clean the wick.
- Clean the burner assembly if any soot or debris is visible.
Wick Replacement
The wick should be replaced annually or if it becomes excessively charred or damaged. Refer to the detailed wick replacement instructions provided with replacement wicks or consult a qualified service technician.
