4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts (beaker, chopper bowl, whisk, and blending foot) in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The motor unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.

4.1 Attaching the Immersion Blender Foot

1. Align the immersion blender foot with the motor unit.
2. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
3. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

4.2 Attaching the Whisk Attachment

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk adapter.
2. Align the whisk adapter with the motor unit.
3. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
4. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

4.3 Attaching the Chopper

1. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add ingredients to the chopper bowl.
3. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl.
4. Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and twist clockwise until it locks.
5. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and lift the motor unit, then remove the lid and blade carefully.

5. Operating Instructions

The Moulinex DD6558 features 10 variable speeds and a Turbo Boost function for optimal control over your blending tasks.

5.1 General Blending (Immersion Blender Foot)

1. Ensure the immersion blender foot is securely attached to the motor unit.
2. Place ingredients in the 800ml beaker or another suitable container.
3. Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
5. Press and hold the power button to start blending. Rotate the speed dial on top of the motor unit to adjust between 10 speeds.
6. For maximum power, press the Turbo button.
7. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
8. Release the power button to stop. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending foot.
