Setup and Installation
1. Kenwood KMRD372BT Receiver Installation
The KMRD372BT is a single-DIN marine receiver. Ensure you have adequate space in your vessel's dashboard or console for installation.
- Mounting: Insert the receiver into the single-DIN opening. Secure it using the provided mounting sleeve and rear support strap.
- Power Connection: Connect the yellow wire (constant 12V) to a fused constant 12V power source. Connect the red wire (switched 12V) to an ignition-switched 12V power source. Connect the black wire (ground) to a clean chassis ground point.

2. Enrock EMRGB265B Speaker Installation
These 6.5-inch marine speakers are designed for outdoor use and feature multicolor LED lighting.
- Mounting Location: Choose a suitable, flat mounting surface on your boat. Ensure there is sufficient depth behind the mounting surface for the speaker magnet and wiring.
- Cutout: Use the provided template (if available) or measure the speaker's cutout diameter to create the mounting holes. Carefully cut the holes using an appropriate tool.
- Wiring: Connect the speaker's audio wires to the corresponding output wires from the KMRD372BT receiver. Pay attention to positive and negative terminals.
- LED Wiring: The speakers feature multicolor LED lighting. Connect the LED wires to a suitable 12V power source, typically through a switch or a dedicated LED controller (not included) if advanced color control is desired. Refer to the speaker's specific wiring diagram for LED connections.

3. Enrock RTR700 Weathershield Radio Cover Installation
The RTR700 cover protects your marine stereo from the elements.
- Mounting: The cover mounts around the edge of the front of the stereo. Position the cover over the installed receiver.
- Secure: Use the provided stainless steel mounting hardware to secure the cover to the mounting surface. Ensure a tight fit to utilize the weather-resistant silicone rubber gasket effectively.
- Functionality: The cover features a spring-loaded vertical flip-top door opening, allowing access to the receiver's controls when needed, and protecting it when closed.

Operating Instructions
Kenwood KMRD372BT Receiver Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the SRC (Source) button briefly to turn the unit on. Press and hold the SRC button to turn the unit off.
