1. Product Overview

The Air Supply Cyclone Pro is a powerful 3.0 hp air blower designed for various applications, including pool winterization and pulling back pool liners. It features a robust 2-stage motor capable of generating 140 CFM on open flow and a sealed pressure of 180 inches of water.

2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions before operating this product. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Intended Use: This blower is designed exclusively for handling clean air. It is not designed for water pickup or any liquids. Using it for liquids can cause electric shock or damage to the unit.
• Electrical Connection: Always operate the blower using a properly grounded 3-wire conductor cord. Connect the unit only to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected receptacle. Do not bypass or modify the grounded plug.
• Power Supply: Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating specified on the blower's label (120 volts).
• Avoid Wet Conditions: Do not operate the blower in rain, wet conditions, or near standing water. Keep the unit dry.
• Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the blower during operation to prevent overheating. Do not block air intake or exhaust ports.
• Debris: The inlet has a protective screen. Regularly check and clear any debris from the screen to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage.
• Children and Bystanders: Keep children and bystanders away while operating the blower.
• Storage: Store the blower in a dry, secure location out of reach of children when not in use.

3. Package Contents

Note: A 4.0-inch vacuum liner hose (Part number: 4128100p) is sold separately and is not included in the standard package.

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the blower from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during shipping. Do not operate if damaged.
2. Hose Connection (Inlet): The blower features a dual-sized inlet. You can connect either a 4.0-inch flexible hose or a 2.0-inch PVC pipe to the inlet for air intake. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent air leaks.
3. Hose Connection (Outlet): Attach the included 1.5-inch hose fitting to the threaded outlet. This fitting allows for connection to various PVC fittings or hoses as required for your application. Tighten securely.
4. Positioning: Place the blower on a stable, level surface. The integrated rubber feet provide stability and reduce vibration. Ensure the air intake and exhaust are clear of obstructions.
5. Power Connection: Plug the 6-foot grounded power cord into a standard 120-volt, 20-amp GFCI-protected electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Pre-Operation Check: Before each use, inspect the power cord for damage, ensure all hose connections are secure, and verify that the air intake screen is clear of debris.
2. Starting the Blower: Locate the water-resistant on/off rocker switch. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to start the blower.
3. Operation: Direct the airflow as needed for your task. For pool winterization, ensure the blower is positioned to effectively clear water from plumbing lines. For pulling back pool liners, position the blower to create the necessary vacuum.
4. Stopping the Blower: To turn off the blower, flip the rocker switch to the 'OFF' position.
5. Post-Operation: Disconnect the power cord from the outlet after use.

IMPORTANT: This blower is designed for clean air only. Do not use it to pick up water, wet leaves, or any other liquids or moist debris. Doing so will void the warranty and may cause severe damage to the unit or electrical hazard.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your Cyclone Pro Air Blower.

• Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the exterior of the blower with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
• Inlet Screen: Regularly inspect the stainless steel protective screen on the air inlet. Remove any accumulated dust, leaves, or other debris to maintain proper airflow and prevent motor strain.
• Cord Inspection: Routinely check the power cord for cuts, fraying, or other damage. If the cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact a qualified service technician.
• Storage: When not in use, store the blower in a clean, dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Coil the power cord neatly to prevent kinks or damage.
