4. Setup

Follow these steps to correctly don and adjust the harness:

2. Untangle: Hold the dorsal D-ring (back attachment point) and shake the harness to allow all straps to fall into place and untangle.

• Work Positioning: Use the side positioning D-rings on the waist belt with a work positioning lanyard. These are for support and positioning, not for fall arrest. Always have a separate fall arrest system in place when using work positioning.
