- Connect Light Cords: Each tree section has a light string cord. Connect the cord from the top section to the receptacle on the middle section, and the cord from the middle section to the receptacle on the bottom section. The extension cord at the bottom of the tree plugs into a standard electrical outlet.
- Shape the Branches: After assembly, set aside 45-60 minutes to properly shape the tree. Begin at the bottom and work your way up, peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a full-bodied, natural appearance.

Operation
Your Dunhill Fir tree comes pre-lit with 600 white incandescent lights. These lights are designed to remain lit even if a single bulb goes out, provided the bulb lens is not cracked or broken. Simply plug the main power cord into a standard electrical outlet to illuminate the tree.
