Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Mixpresso Personal Single Serve Coffee Maker. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

- To disconnect, turn any control to 'off', then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Always use fresh, cold water for brewing.
- Do not open the cover during the brewing cycle.

Setup
Before first use, it is recommended to clean the coffee maker and run a few cycles with just water.
- Unpack: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Clean: Wash the reusable filter and travel mug with warm, soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
- Initial Water Cycle: Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line (14oz). Place the travel mug or another cup on the drip tray. Close the lid and press the power button to start a brewing cycle without coffee grounds. Discard the water after the cycle is complete. Repeat this process 2-3 times to thoroughly clean the internal components.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to brew a perfect cup of coffee:
- Add Water: Open the top lid of the coffee maker. Pour fresh, cold water into the reservoir. The water capacity is 14oz. Do not overfill.
- Add Coffee Grounds: Place the reusable filter into the filter basket. Add your desired amount of ground coffee into the reusable filter. The coffee maker is designed for ground coffee only (not compatible with K-Cup pods).
- Place Mug: Ensure the 14oz travel mug (or another suitable cup) is placed on the drip tray directly beneath the coffee dispenser.
- Start Brewing: Close the top lid securely. Press the power button located on the side of the coffee maker. The indicator light will illuminate, and the brewing process will begin.
- Auto Shut-Off: The coffee maker will automatically shut off once the brewing cycle is complete.
- Enjoy: Carefully remove your freshly brewed coffee.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee maker.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the coffee maker to cool down for approximately 5 minutes. Remove the reusable filter and discard used coffee grounds. Rinse the reusable filter and filter basket under running water. The reusable filter is washable and can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Descaling (Periodically): Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the coffee maker. To descale, fill the reservoir with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Run a brewing cycle without coffee grounds. After the cycle, run 2-3 cycles with fresh water to rinse thoroughly.
