4. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.

5.1 Direct Code Entry

2. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator light on the remote turns on, then release.
3. Press and release the desired device button (e.g., TV, CBL, STRM, B-RAY, AUD, AUX) that you wish to program. The red indicator light will flash once and remain on.
4. Using the number buttons, enter the first 4-digit code for your device brand. After entering the fourth digit, the red indicator light will turn off if the code is valid.
5. Point the remote at your device and test its functions (e.g., Power, Volume, Channel). If the device responds, the programming is successful.
6. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 2-5 with the next code listed for your brand until a working code is found.
