Safety Information

Setup

1. Charging the Boat Batteries

1. Connect the provided USB charger to a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
2. Connect one of the 3.7V 800mAh Li-Ion batteries to the USB charger.
3. The charging indicator light on the USB charger will illuminate during charging.
4. Charging typically takes approximately 120 minutes for a full charge. The indicator light will change or turn off when charging is complete.
5. Repeat for the second battery.

2. Installing Batteries in the Remote Control

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the 2.4 GHz transmitter.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 3x AA size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Installing the Boat Battery

1. Carefully open the boat's top hatch.
2. Connect a fully charged 3.7V 800mAh Li-Ion battery to the boat's power connector.
3. Place the battery securely within the compartment.
4. Ensure the waterproof ring is correctly seated around the hatch opening.
5. Close the top hatch firmly to create a watertight seal.

4. Initial Pairing

1. Place the boat in water. The boat's power system activates only when in contact with water.
2. Turn on the remote control using the power switch.
3. The remote control and boat should automatically pair. The LED on the remote will indicate a successful connection.

• Throttle Trigger: Pull to move forward, push to reverse.
• Steering Wheel: Turn left or right to steer the boat.
• Diving Button: Press to initiate an underwater dive. The boat will briefly submerge.
• Capsize Recovery Button: If the boat flips over, press this button to automatically right the boat.
• Trim Adjustment: Use to fine-tune steering if the boat pulls to one side.
• Low Battery Alarm: The remote will alert you when the boat's battery is low, indicating it's time to return the boat to shore.
• Low Signal Warning: The remote will alert you if the boat is approaching the edge of its 100-meter (328 feet) operating range.

General Operation

1. Always operate the boat in open water, away from obstacles and marine life.
2. Begin with slow movements to familiarize yourself with the controls.
3. Monitor the low battery and low signal warnings to prevent loss of control or power.
4. For optimal performance, ensure the water is calm and free of heavy currents or waves.

Maintenance

• After Each Use:
  • Remove the boat battery and allow all components to dry thoroughly.
  • Wipe down the boat exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Inspect the propeller for any debris (e.g., weeds, fishing line) and remove carefully.
  • Ensure the waterproof seal is clean and free of damage.
• Propeller Shaft Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of marine-grade grease to the propeller shaft to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.
