Setup

1. Charging the Boat Batteries

  1. Connect the provided USB charger to a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
  2. Connect one of the 3.7V 800mAh Li-Ion batteries to the USB charger.
  3. The charging indicator light on the USB charger will illuminate during charging.
  4. Charging typically takes approximately 120 minutes for a full charge. The indicator light will change or turn off when charging is complete.
  5. Repeat for the second battery.

2. Installing Batteries in the Remote Control

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the 2.4 GHz transmitter.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 3x AA size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Installing the Boat Battery

  1. Carefully open the boat's top hatch.
  2. Connect a fully charged 3.7V 800mAh Li-Ion battery to the boat's power connector.
  3. Place the battery securely within the compartment.
  4. Ensure the waterproof ring is correctly seated around the hatch opening.
  5. Close the top hatch firmly to create a watertight seal.

4. Initial Pairing

  1. Place the boat in water. The boat's power system activates only when in contact with water.
  2. Turn on the remote control using the power switch.
  3. The remote control and boat should automatically pair. The LED on the remote will indicate a successful connection.

  3. Monitor the low battery and low signal warnings to prevent loss of control or power.
  4. For optimal performance, ensure the water is calm and free of heavy currents or waves.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

  • Capsize recovery button not pressed.

  • Press the capsize recovery button on the remote.
  • Retrieve boat and charge battery.
Remote control issues (e.g., unresponsive buttons).
  • Low remote control batteries.
  • Damage to remote.
