3. Setup Guide

  2. Remove the new CRG045 toner cartridges from their packaging.

  4. Insert each cartridge into its corresponding slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the colours match the labels.
  5. Close the front cover.

3.3 Loading Paper

  1. Pull out the paper cassette.
  2. Adjust the paper guides to the size of the paper you are loading (e.g., A4).
  3. Load paper into the cassette, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line.
  4. Gently push the paper cassette back into the printer.

3.4 Power Connection and Initial Power On

  1. Connect the power cord to the printer and then to a wall outlet.
  2. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions on the 5-inch display to complete the initial setup, including language and date/time settings.

  4. Gently shake the new cartridge horizontally several times.

  6. Close the front cover.
