5. Setup
5.1. Battery Installation
The JZK PC2810 stopwatch uses one CR2032 lithium button cell battery. If the display is dim or blank, the battery may need to be installed or replaced.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the stopwatch.
- Using a small screwdriver, carefully remove the screws securing the battery cover.
- Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Replace the battery cover and secure it with the screws.

5.2. Initial Power-On
After battery installation, the stopwatch should power on automatically. If not, press any button to activate the display.
6. Operating Instructions
The stopwatch typically has buttons labeled MODE, START/STOP, LAP/RESET, RECALL, SET, and SELECT. Refer to the labels on your device for specific button functions.
6.1. Normal Time Mode
This mode displays the current time and date.
- Press the MODE button until the normal time display is shown.
- To set the time and date:
- In Normal Time Mode, press and hold the SET button until the digits flash.
- Use the SELECT button to cycle through hours, minutes, seconds, month, date, and day.
- Use the START/STOP button to adjust the flashing value.
- Press SET again to confirm and exit setting mode.
- To switch between 12/24 hour format, press the START/STOP button while in Normal Time Mode (not in setting mode).
6.2. Chronograph (Stopwatch) Mode
This mode is used for measuring elapsed time, lap times, and split times.
- Press the MODE button until 'STOP-W' or 'CHRONO' is displayed.
- Press START/STOP to begin timing.
- To record a lap time: Press LAP/RESET while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will be displayed briefly, and the stopwatch will continue running in the background.
- To record a split time: Press LAP/RESET to display the split time. Press LAP/RESET again to return to the running time.
- Press START/STOP again to pause the timing.
- Press START/STOP to resume timing, or press LAP/RESET to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- To recall memory records (up to 10 laps):
- After stopping the stopwatch, press the RECALL button.
- Use the SELECT or START/STOP buttons to scroll through the stored lap and split times.
- The display will also show the fastest, slowest, and average lap times.
- Press RECALL again to exit memory recall.
6.3. Countdown Timer Mode
This mode allows you to set a specific time for the stopwatch to count down from.
- Press the MODE button until 'TIMER' or 'COUNTDOWN' is displayed.
- To set the countdown time:
- Press and hold the SET button until the digits flash.
- Use the SELECT button to choose hours, minutes, or seconds.
- Use the START/STOP button to adjust the flashing value.
- Press SET again to confirm and exit setting mode.
- Press START/STOP to begin the countdown.
- Press START/STOP again to pause the countdown.
- Press LAP/RESET to reset the countdown to the set time.
