Assembly and Setup

Operating Instructions

Lighting the Grill

1. Ensure the grill lid is open.
2. Turn the propane cylinder valve fully open.
3. Push in and slowly turn the control knob to the "HIGH" position.
4. Press the igniter button repeatedly until the burner lights.
5. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the lighting procedure.
6. Once lit, close the lid and preheat the grill for 5-10 minutes on "HIGH".

Cooking

• Adjust the control knob to achieve desired cooking temperature.
• Place food on the cooking grate.
• Monitor food closely to prevent burning.
• Use long-handled barbecue tools to turn food.

Shutting Down the Grill

1. Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
2. Turn off the propane cylinder valve completely.
3. Allow the grill to cool completely before moving or cleaning.

Maintenance and Care

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure safe operation.

• After Each Use:
  • Once the grill has cooled, brush food residue off the cooking grate with a grill brush.
  • Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
• Periodically:
  • Clean the burner ports with a wire brush if they become clogged.
