1. Introduction

The Giveet SK-BTI-018 is a versatile 2-in-1 Bluetooth V5.3 adapter designed to function as both a transmitter (TX) and a receiver (RX). This device allows you to wirelessly stream audio from non-Bluetooth sources to Bluetooth-enabled headphones or speakers, or to receive Bluetooth audio from your smartphone or tablet and play it through wired audio systems. 4. Setup and Operation

4.1 Powering On/Off

• Power On: Long press the multi-function button (power icon) for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
• Power Off: Long press the multi-function button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

4.2 Mode Selection (TX/RX)

Use the TX/RX switch on the side of the device to select the desired mode:

• TX (Transmitter) Mode: For sending audio from non-Bluetooth devices (e.g., TV, PC, MP3 player) to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
• RX (Receiver) Mode: For receiving audio from Bluetooth devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and playing it through wired headphones, speakers, or car stereo.

4.3 Transmitter Mode (TX) Setup

In TX mode, the BTI-018 transmits audio from your non-Bluetooth device to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

1. Connect the BTI-018 to your audio source (e.g., TV, PC, MP3 player) using the provided 3.5mm audio cable or RCA audio cable. Ensure you connect to an audio output port.
2. Slide the switch to the TX position.
3. Power on the BTI-018. It will automatically enter pairing mode (LED will flash).
4. Put your Bluetooth headphones or speaker into pairing mode.
5. Place the BTI-018 and your receiving device close to each other. They should pair automatically within a few seconds. Once connected, the LED will remain solid.
6. To pair a second device: After the first device is connected, double-click the multi-function button on the BTI-018. The LED will flash again. Put the second Bluetooth device into pairing mode. They will connect automatically.

4.4 Receiver Mode (RX) Setup

In RX mode, the BTI-018 receives Bluetooth audio from your smartphone or tablet and plays it through wired audio systems.

1. Connect the BTI-018 to your wired headphones, wired speakers, or car stereo using the provided 3.5mm audio cable. Ensure you connect to an audio input port.
2. Slide the switch to the RX position.
3. Power on the BTI-018. It will automatically enter pairing mode (LED will flash).
4. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled audio source.
5. Search for "BTI-018" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
6. Once connected, the LED will remain solid. You can now stream audio wirelessly to your wired system.
7. To pair a second device: The receiver can be paired to two phones or tablets, but it can only receive audio from one of the two paired devices at a time.

4.5 Audio Source Compatibility

The BTI-018 supports audio input/output via 3.5mm AUX and RCA jacks. Please note the following:

• Supported: AUX/3.5mm Audio Out/HP, RCA jacks labeled AUDIO OUT.
• Not Directly Supported: Digital Optical Audio Out. An additional Digital to Analog Audio Converter is required for this type of connection.
• Not Supported: RCA jacks labeled AUDIO IN (these are inputs, not outputs).

4.6 Automatic Reconnection

When you turn on the BTI-018 again, it will automatically attempt to re-connect to the last connected devices, simplifying subsequent use.

4.7 Charging the Device

The BTI-018 is equipped with a built-in 280mAh battery. Use the provided USB-C charging cable to charge the device. Connect the USB-C end to the BTI-018 and the USB-A end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
