8. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your dry cabinet, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
  • Door Seal: Periodically check the magnetic door seal for any debris or damage that could compromise its airtightness. Clean as needed.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the rear ventilation openings are clear of obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your dry cabinet, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Humidity not decreasing: Ensure the door is fully closed and sealed. Check that the cabinet is not overfilled, which can impede air circulation. Verify the power cord is securely connected.
  • Display reading inaccurate: The internal humidity sensor provides a reading. If you suspect a significant discrepancy with an external hygrometer, allow the cabinet to stabilize for several hours with the door closed. Small variations are normal.
  • Door misalignment: If the door does not seal properly, adjust the screw on the lower right side of the door to align it with the cabinet frame. This ensures an airtight seal for effective dehumidification.
