4.2 Gas and Water Connections
- Connect the appliance to an LP gas supply line. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Connect the cold water inlet and hot water outlet pipes.
- The minimum operating water pressure is 0.25 kgf/cm² (approximately 3.55 PSI). For optimal performance, it is recommended that the water tank (tinaco) be at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) above the showerhead.
- Install a proper exhaust flue system for the chimney.
5. Operating Instructions
The Foset Instant Water Heater is designed for simple operation.
- Ensure Gas Supply: Verify that the LP gas supply is open and connected.
- Water Flow: Open a hot water tap in your home. The water heater will automatically detect the water flow and ignite.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the control knob on the front panel to adjust the desired water temperature. Turning the knob towards '+' increases the temperature, and towards '-' decreases it. The digital display will show the current output water temperature.
- Shut-off: When the hot water tap is closed, the water heater will automatically turn off.
The unit is capable of providing hot water for up to two simultaneous services (e.g., two showers) with a capacity of 11 liters per minute.
