Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
  2. Initial Time Setting: Locate the switches on the back of the clock. Slide the central switch to 'TIME SET'. Use the 'HOUR' and 'MIN' buttons on the top of the clock to adjust the time. Ensure AM/PM is correctly set.
  3. Night Light Activation: On the back of the clock, slide the 'OFF ON LIGHT' switch to 'ON' to enable the automatic smart night light feature. The display will illuminate softly in dark conditions.
  4. Alarm Activation: To enable the alarm, slide the 'OFF ON ALARM' switch on the back to 'ON'.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Time

  1. Slide the 'LOCK TIME ALARM SET' switch on the back to the 'TIME SET' position.
  2. Press the 'HOUR' button on the top to adjust the hour.
  3. Press the 'MIN' button on the top to adjust the minute.
  4. Once the correct time is set, slide the 'LOCK TIME ALARM SET' switch back to 'LOCK'.

Setting the Alarm

  1. Slide the 'LOCK TIME ALARM SET' switch on the back to the 'ALARM SET' position.
  2. Press the 'HOUR' button on the top to adjust the alarm hour.
  3. Press the 'MIN' button on the top to adjust the alarm minute.
  4. Once the desired alarm time is set, slide the 'LOCK TIME ALARM SET' switch back to 'LOCK'.
  5. Ensure the 'OFF ON ALARM' switch on the back is set to 'ON' for the alarm to activate.

Using the Snooze Function

  • When the alarm sounds, press the large 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button on the top of the clock.
  • The alarm will pause for approximately 5 minutes before sounding again.

Activating Backlight On Demand

  • To temporarily illuminate the display, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button on the top of the clock. The backlight will activate for a few seconds.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the rubber case or display.
  • Battery Replacement: When the display dims or the alarm function becomes unreliable, replace the 2 AA batteries. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones. Dispose of old batteries responsibly.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
