Setup

1. Charging Your Headphones

3. Pairing with Your Device (Bluetooth)

For Apple Devices (iOS 10 or later):

1. Ensure your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is unlocked and near your Solo3 Wireless headphones.
2. Press and hold the power button on your Solo3 Wireless headphones for 5 seconds. The Fuel Gauge LEDs will flash.
3. A setup animation will appear on your iOS device. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Once connected, your Solo3 Wireless headphones are set up with all Apple devices signed in to iCloud.

For Other Bluetooth Devices:

1. Press and hold the power button on your Solo3 Wireless headphones for 5 seconds until the Fuel Gauge LEDs begin to flash. This puts the headphones in pairing mode.
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device (e.g., Android phone, computer, other Bluetooth-enabled device).
3. Select "Beats Solo3" from the list of available devices.
4. Once paired, the Fuel Gauge LEDs will stop flashing and remain solid white.

Operating Your Headphones

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the 'b' button on the left earcup once.
• Skip Forward: Press the 'b' button twice.
• Skip Backward: Press the 'b' button three times.
• Volume Up: Press the top part of the volume rocker on the left earcup.
• Volume Down: Press the bottom part of the volume rocker on the left earcup.

Phone Calls

• Answer/End Call: Press the 'b' button once.
• Decline Call: Press and hold the 'b' button for 2 seconds.
• Answer Second Incoming Call and Put First Call on Hold: Press the 'b' button once.
• Switch Between Calls: Press the 'b' button once.

Siri or Voice Assistant Activation

• Activate Siri (iOS) or Voice Assistant (Android/Other): Press and hold the 'b' button for 2 seconds until you hear a chime.

Wired Listening (Optional)

You can use the included RemoteTalk cable for wired listening, which is useful when the battery is depleted or for devices without Bluetooth connectivity.

• Plug the 3.5mm end of the RemoteTalk cable into the audio port on the left earcup.
• Plug the other end into your audio device's headphone jack.

Maintenance
