1. Introduction

With DRIVEN by Battat’s Micro Series Ambulance, you can roll to the rescue quick! This toy ambulance even comes with a toy stretcher that fits into the cabin – just open the rear doors to load it on. You can also open the front doors to check out all the realistic details inside. Want to let them know help is on the way and alert other drivers on the road? Press on the roof to turn on the siren and the LED lights – so cool! This is a perfect toy for little crew members with huge imaginations.

4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

The ambulance toy requires 3 LR44 batteries, which are included and pre-installed. To ensure proper function, remove the plastic pull tab from the battery compartment before first use.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the ambulance.
  2. Using a small Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
  3. Remove the plastic pull tab if present.
  4. If replacing batteries, ensure new LR44 batteries are inserted with correct polarity (+/-).
  5. Replace the cover and tighten the screw.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Lights and Sounds

To activate the flashing headlights and siren noise, simply press down on the roof of the ambulance. The lights will flash and the siren will sound for a short duration.

5.2. Movable Parts

The ambulance features multiple movable parts for realistic play:

  • Front Cab Doors: Both the driver's and passenger's side doors of the cab can be opened to reveal the detailed interior.
  • Rear Doors: The two rear doors of the ambulance open wide to allow for easy loading and unloading of the detachable stretcher or other small accessories.
  • Detachable Stretcher: The included stretcher can be easily removed from and placed back into the ambulance's rear compartment.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

To clean the ambulance toy, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the toy in water, as this may damage the electronic components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Storage

Store the toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Lights and Sounds Not Working

  • Ensure the plastic pull tab has been completely removed from the battery compartment.
  • Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
  • Replace the batteries with fresh LR44 batteries.
  • Ensure you are pressing firmly on the designated area on the roof of the ambulance.

7.2. Movable Parts Sticking

  • Gently clean any dirt or debris from around the hinges and moving parts.
  • Avoid forcing the doors or stretcher if they are stiff.
