Setup

1. Charging the Battery

2. Connecting the Microphone

  1. Locate the microphone input jack on the speaker's control panel.
  2. Insert the plug of the wired microphone firmly into the microphone input jack.
  3. Adjust the 'MIC VOL' knob to control the microphone's volume.

3. Powering On/Off

  1. To power on the speaker, locate the power switch on the control panel and set it to the 'ON' position.
  2. To power off, set the switch to the 'OFF' position.

Operating Instructions

1. Mode Selection

Press the 'MODE' button on the control panel or remote control to cycle through available input modes: Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, TF Card, and AUX.

2. Bluetooth Mode

  1. Switch the speaker to Bluetooth mode. The speaker will indicate it is ready for pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or flashing LED).
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'QS-1029B' from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will confirm the connection, and you can begin playing audio wirelessly.

3. FM Radio Mode

  1. Switch the speaker to FM Radio mode.
  2. Press the 'PLAY/PAUSE' button (or a dedicated scan button) to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the 'PREV' and 'NEXT' buttons to navigate between saved stations.

4. USB/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or TF (MicroSD) card containing MP3 audio files into the respective slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or TF card mode and begin playing the audio files.
  3. Use the 'PLAY/PAUSE', 'PREV', and 'NEXT' buttons to control playback.

5. AUX Input

  1. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the speaker's 'AUX IN' jack using a 3.5mm audio cable (not always included).
  2. Switch the speaker to AUX mode.
  3. Audio from the connected device will now play through the speaker. Control playback from the external device.

6. Recording Function

  1. Ensure a USB flash drive or TF card is inserted into the speaker.
  2. Connect the microphone.
  3. Press the 'REC' button on the control panel or remote control to start recording.
  4. Press 'REC' again to stop recording. The recording will be saved to the USB drive or TF card.

7. Microphone Usage (Karaoke/Announcements)

  1. Connect the wired microphone as described in the Setup section.
  2. Adjust the 'MIC VOL' knob to control the microphone's output level.
  3. Use the 'ECHO' knob to add an echo effect to the microphone's sound.
  4. The 'MIC PRIORITY' function, when activated, will lower the music volume when the microphone is in use, making announcements clearer.

8. LED Light Control

The speaker features an integrated LED light display. The lights typically activate automatically when the speaker is on and can react to the music. Consult the control panel or remote for a dedicated light control button if available, to toggle or change light modes.

9. Audio Controls

  • MAIN VOLUME: Adjusts the overall output volume of the speaker.
  • BASS: Controls the low-frequency audio levels.
  • TREBLE: Controls the high-frequency audio levels.
  • ECHO: Adjusts the echo effect for the microphone.

10. Remote Control Operation

The included remote control provides convenient access to most speaker functions, including power, mode selection, volume, track control, FM scanning, and recording. Ensure the remote's battery is functional and point it towards the speaker's sensor for effective operation.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as they may damage the finish. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

2. Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
