Safety Information

Setup and Assembly
Assembly is required for this product. While assembly can be performed by one person, two people may make certain steps easier. A ratcheting socket wrench is recommended over the included spanners for tightening hardware.
Power Cage Assembly Notes:
- Do not fully tighten any bolts until all components are loosely assembled. This allows the cage to settle into a square and level position.
- When tightening, start from the bottom and work your way up, tightening both fasteners per joint evenly in stages.
- The power cage features a 2" x 2" tubular steel frame construction for durability.

Safety Bar Installation:
The power cage includes two 23-inch long chrome dual-mounted safety bars and two 3.25-inch long chrome lock-on safety bars. These are compatible with 7-foot Olympic bars and are adjustable to 19 height levels.

Operating Instructions
Power Cage Usage:
The 810XLT Power Cage provides a large walk-in space for various exercises. It features multi-position overhead chin-up/pull-up grip bars. The cage has an 800 lb weight capacity.
- Squats: Position the barbell on the safety bars or J-hooks (optional, sold separately) at the desired height. Step under the bar, unrack, perform squats, and re-rack.
- Bench Press: Use the 1000 Weight Bench inside the cage. Adjust the safety bars to catch the barbell if you fail a lift.
- Pull-ups/Chin-ups: Utilize the multi-grip pull-up bar at the top of the cage for various grip positions.

Weight Bench Usage:
The 1000 Super Max Weight Bench offers 12 adjustable backrest positions, ranging from -20 degrees decline to +80 degrees incline. It has an 800 lb super-duty weight capacity and supports users up to 6'4". The 1.75" thick foam backrest and large seat provide comfort.
