1. Introduction

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the parts diagram are present and undamaged. Retain packaging materials until assembly is complete.
3.2 Assembly Steps
- Attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Install the pedals. The right pedal (R) screws clockwise, and the left pedal (L) screws counter-clockwise. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent stripping.
- Mount the seat post and seat. Adjust the seat height to a comfortable position for your leg extension (suitable for users 5'1" to 6').
- Attach the handlebars and the LCD display console. Connect the pulse sensor wires and the tension control cable.
- Insert the two AAA batteries into the LCD display console.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Seat Height
The ergonomic contoured seat cushion is easily adjustable. Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, slide the seat to the desired height, and re-tighten the knob securely. Ensure your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.

4.2 Magnetic Tension Control
The bike features an 8-level magnetic tension control system. Turn the tension control knob located below the handlebars to increase (higher numbers) or decrease (lower numbers) the resistance level. This allows for a customized workout intensity.

4.3 LCD Display Functions
The easy-to-read LCD display provides real-time workout data. Press the blue button to cycle through the following metrics:

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your exercise bike.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Lubrication: The internal magnetic resistance system is maintenance-free and does not require lubrication.
- Inspections: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and moving parts for tightness. Tighten any loose components.
