Setup

Follow these steps to set up your UGREEN USB 3.0 Switch Selector:

1. Connect Computers: Use the provided USB 3.0 data cables to connect your two computers (PC or laptop) to the two USB 3.0 input ports on the back of the switch. These ports are typically labeled '1' and '2'.

2. Connect USB Devices: Plug your USB peripheral devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, USB drive, webcam, headset) into the four USB 3.0 output ports on the front of the switch.

3. Optional Power Supply: For high-power USB devices like HDDs, USB cameras, or certain headphones, it is recommended to connect an external 5V 2A power adapter (not included) to the Micro USB power supply port on the side of the switch. This ensures stable performance and prevents disconnection due to insufficient power.

Note for USB-C Laptops: If your input PC only has a USB-C port, please use a USB-C to USB-A adapter instead of a direct USB-C to USB-A cable. Direct cables may not work as intended.

1. One-Button Switching: To switch control of the connected USB devices between the two computers, simply press the large circular button on the top of the switch.
