Safety Information

  • Always unplug the air purifier before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or plug is damaged, contact customer support.
  • Keep the air purifier away from water or wet areas. Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked. Maintain at least 6 inches of clearance from walls or furniture.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Do not use the air purifier in areas where flammable gases or vapors are present.
  • Use only VEVA authorized replacement filters.

Setup

1. Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
  2. Remove all plastic bags and protective materials.
  3. Ensure all components listed in the Product Overview section are present.

2. Filter Installation

The air purifier comes with a HEPA filter and four activated carbon pre-filters. These must be installed correctly before first use.

  1. Locate the filter compartment cover on the back of the unit.
  2. Gently press the release tab and remove the cover.
  3. Insert the Premium HEPA Filter into the designated slot. Ensure it fits snugly.
  4. Place one Activated Carbon Pre-Filter over the HEPA filter. The carbon filter should cover the entire surface of the HEPA filter.
  5. Replace the filter compartment cover, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

3. Placement

For optimal performance, place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface in the room where air purification is desired. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around all sides of the unit for proper airflow.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

  1. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the top of the unit.
  3. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the air purifier.
  4. To power off, slide the switch to the "OFF" position.

2. Adjusting Fan Speed

The VEVA Air Purifier Pro Elite 8000 offers three fan speed settings:

  • Setting 1 (Low): For quiet operation and continuous purification.
  • Setting 2 (Medium): For general daily use and moderate air purification.
  • Setting 3 (High): For rapid air purification or when air quality is poor.

To adjust the fan speed, use the fan speed switch located next to the ON/OFF switch. Slide it to your desired setting (1, 2, or 3).

Maintenance

1. Filter Replacement Schedule

  • Premium HEPA Filter: Replace every 6-8 months, depending on usage and air quality.
  • Activated Carbon Pre-Filters: Replace every 2-3 months, or more frequently if strong odors persist.

Regular filter replacement is crucial for maintaining the air purifier's efficiency and extending its lifespan.

2. How to Replace Filters

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the filter compartment cover on the back of the unit.
  3. Carefully remove the used Activated Carbon Pre-Filter and discard it.
  4. Remove the used Premium HEPA Filter and discard it.
  5. Insert a new Premium HEPA Filter into the slot.
  6. Place a new Activated Carbon Pre-Filter over the HEPA filter.
  7. Replace the filter compartment cover, ensuring it is securely closed.
  8. Plug the air purifier back into the power outlet.

3. Cleaning the Unit

  • Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodically vacuum the air inlet and outlet grilles to remove dust buildup.
