3. Setup

Before initial use, ensure the heater is properly set up to guarantee safe and efficient operation.

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for off-season storage.
  2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, curtains, and other flammable materials. Do not place the heater directly below a power outlet.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the heater is switched off (both power and temperature knobs set to '0' or 'OFF'). Plug the power cord directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

4. Operating Instructions

Using the Heater:

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a suitable electrical outlet. Turn the Power/Heat Setting knob to either '1' (LOW) or '2' (HIGH) to activate the heating elements. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature: Rotate the Temperature Thermostat knob clockwise to increase the desired temperature or counter-clockwise to decrease it. The heater will operate until the room reaches the set temperature, then cycle off. It will turn back on automatically when the room temperature drops below the set point.
  3. Power Off: To turn off the heater, rotate the Power/Heat Setting knob to '0' (OFF). The power indicator light will turn off. Unplug the heater from the wall outlet when not in use.

If you encounter issues with your heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
