4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
- Insert the two supplied AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).

- Place the handset on the base unit to charge for at least 7 hours before initial use. The charge indicator on the handset display will show charging status.
