4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2. Cuff Connection
- Locate the air tube connector on the cuff.
- Insert the cuff connector firmly into the air jack located on the left side of the monitor unit.
4.3. Cuff Placement
- Ensure the cuff is wrapped directly on your bare upper arm.
- Position the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
- The cuff should fit snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Taking a Measurement
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a flat surface so that the cuff is at heart level.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement process.
- Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically.
- The monitor will display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate once the measurement is complete.
5.2. Memory Function
The Dr. Morepen BP-02 monitor stores up to 60 measurement readings. It also features an averaging function that calculates the average of the last 3 readings for a more comprehensive view of your blood pressure trends.
- To view stored readings, press the 'M' (Memory) button.
- Use the up and down arrow buttons to navigate through the stored measurements.

6. Maintenance
