5. Operating Instructions

  1. Fill the bathtub with water to the desired level.
  2. Gently drop the Famidoc thermometer into the water from a height of approximately 40cm (16 inches), or gently shake/pat it to activate. The display will turn on automatically.
  3. Allow the thermometer to float in the water for a few moments to stabilize the reading. The temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen in Fahrenheit.
  4. Observe the temperature reading and indicators:
    • If the display shows "COLD", the water temperature is too low.
