4. Setup and Installation

Before installation, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. It is highly recommended to have a second person assist with the installation due to the fixture's weight and size.

4.1 Tools Required

• Phillips Head Screwdriver
• Flathead Screwdriver
• Wire Strippers
• Pliers
• Electrical Tape
• Ladder

4.2 Mounting Instructions

1. Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker.
2. Attach the mounting plate/crossbar to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened and can support the fixture's weight.
3. Determine the desired hanging height for the chandelier. Adjust the chain length by removing links as necessary.
4. Thread the fixture's electrical wires through the chain and canopy.
5. Carefully lift the chandelier and attach the chain to the mounting plate.

4.3 Wiring Instructions

1. Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (hot) wire using a wire nut.
2. Connect the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire using a wire nut.
3. Connect the fixture's ground wire (bare copper or green) to the house's ground wire and the mounting plate's ground screw.
4. Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
5. Slide the canopy up to the ceiling and secure it with the provided screws or collar ring.

4.4 Bulb and Shade Installation

1. Insert six (6) A19 Medium base incandescent bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not exceed 60 watts per bulb.
2. Carefully place each glass shade over its respective bulb socket. Ensure they are seated securely.

5. Operation

Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker. The chandelier can be operated using a standard wall switch. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light intensity with a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately).

Regular cleaning and proper care will help maintain the appearance and functionality of your chandelier.

6.1 Cleaning

• Always turn off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning.

• Screw in a new A19 Medium base bulb, ensuring it does not exceed 60 watts.
