Assembly Steps:

- Attach the 4 weight plate holders to the designated points on the frame. These are designed for 50/51 mm diameter weight plates.
- Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and nuts securely. Ensure the rack is stable and level.
- Perform a stability check by gently shaking the assembled rack to ensure there is no wobbling.

- The distance between each shelf position is 10 cm.
Using Safety Spotter Arms:

- Position the safety arms slightly below your lowest point of movement for the exercise. This allows for a full range of motion while providing protection.
- The safety shelves have a length of 40 cm and a maximum load capacity of 180 kg.
Weight Plate Storage:
- Utilize the 4 weight plate holders to store your 50/51 mm diameter weight plates. This helps keep your workout area tidy and safe.
