Introduction

The Travelpro Platinum Elite 25-Inch Expandable Spinner is designed for medium to long trips, offering durability, functionality, and organized packing. Setup

Setting the TSA Combination Lock

Your luggage comes with an integrated TSA-compliant combination lock. The default code is 0-0-0.

1. Locate the lock on the side of your luggage.
2. Set the dials to the default code 0-0-0.
3. Use a pen or a pointed object to press the small reset button (A) until you hear a click.
4. While the reset button is pressed, set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials (B).
5. Release the reset button (A). Your new combination is now set.
6. To lock, insert the zipper pullers into the lock slots and scramble the dials. To unlock, set the dials to your personal combination and press the release button.

Troubleshooting

• Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for debris (hair, lint) caught in the wheel axles. Clean thoroughly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• Extension handle sticking: Ensure the release button is fully pressed when extending or retracting. Avoid forcing the handle. If it remains stiff, a small amount of silicone spray can be applied to the telescoping rods.
• Zipper issues: If a zipper is difficult to move, check for fabric caught in the teeth. Use a pencil lead or zipper lubricant to ease movement. For broken zippers, refer to the warranty section.
• USB-C port not working: Some users have reported issues with the USB-C port not functioning. Ensure your power bank and cable are compatible and fully inserted.
