This manual provides essential information for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Welironly 2800 PSI Power Pressure Washer Water Pump. This pump is designed as a replacement for various pressure washer models, including Simpson MSV2600, MSV2700, and MSV3000. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure proper function and safety.

Setup and Installation

Before installation, ensure the pump is compatible with your pressure washer unit. Verify the shaft diameter and bolt pattern match your engine's specifications.

• Shaft Diameter: This pump features a 7/8" shaft.
• Bolt Pattern: The 3-bolt pattern measures 7 11/16" x 6 3/16" x 6 7/16", with a 4" center to each outer hole.

Mounting Considerations

This pump is designed for vertical mounting, with water inlets and outlets facing the front of the engine. Depending on your engine configuration, you may need longer bolts and spacers (washers) for proper mounting. This is especially true if the engine has a longer shaft or if the pump legs interfere with the pressure washer's frame or engine. Failure to use appropriate spacers when needed can lead to stress and breakage of the pump legs. Spacers and longer bolts are not included and should be purchased separately from a hardware store. Common bolt sizes required are (2) 5/16"-18 x 2-1/2" and (1) 5/16"-18 x 3-1/2".

Connecting the Pump

Connect your water supply to the standard garden hose inlet. The high-pressure outlet is a 22mm male connection. The pump includes a chemical injector, unloader valve, and thermal release valve for optimal performance and safety.

Operating Instructions

This pump is designed to deliver a maximum pressure of 2800 PSI and a maximum flow of 2.3 GPM. It requires an engine with at least 5.5 HP to handle the specified PSI. The pump head can be flipped if needed for specific configurations.

• Maximum Water Temperature: 140° F

It is crucial not to operate the pressure washer pump above its maximum PSI rating. Exceeding this limit can result in damage to the pump and potentially serious bodily injury.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your pressure washer pump, consider the following general troubleshooting steps:

• Low Pressure: Check water supply, ensure hoses are not kinked, and inspect nozzles for clogs.
• No Water Flow: Verify water supply is on, check for air in the system, and ensure inlet filter is clean.
• Leaking: Inspect all connections for tightness. Check O-rings and seals for damage.
• Pump Overheating: Ensure adequate water flow and do not run the pump dry. Check the thermal release valve for proper function.
