1. Placing Cookware: Place your desired cookware (pots, pans) directly onto the solid die-cast heat plate. Ensure the cookware base is flat and covers the burner surface as much as possible for efficient heating.
2. Powering On: Turn the control knob for the desired burner clockwise from the "OFF" position to your chosen heat setting. The red "Power" light will illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power.
