Setup
Before first use, unpack all components and wash all removable parts (jars, lids, blade assembly) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Ensure the control dial is set to "0" (Off) before plugging in the appliance.
- Prepare your ingredients. Cut larger fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces (approx. 1-inch cubes) to facilitate blending.
- Attach the desired blade assembly to the bottom of the blending jar or personal cup by twisting it clockwise until secure.

Operating Instructions
Blending (Smoothies, Juices, Soups):
- Add ingredients to the blending jar or personal cup. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
- Securely attach the blade assembly to the jar/cup.
- Place the assembled jar/cup onto the motor base and twist to lock.
- Plug the appliance into a 220-volt power outlet.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed ("1" or "2") or use the "P" (Pulse) setting for short bursts.
- Blend until desired consistency is achieved. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. Allow the motor to rest for 10-15 minutes between cycles if blending for extended periods.
- Once blending is complete, turn the dial to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.
- Remove the jar/cup from the motor base by twisting counter-clockwise. Carefully remove the blade assembly.
Grinding (Spices, Coffee Beans):
- Use the dedicated grinding attachment for this function.
- Add dry ingredients to the grinding cup. Do not overfill.
- Securely attach the blade assembly to the grinding cup.
- Place the assembled grinding cup onto the motor base and twist to lock.
- Plug the appliance into a 220-volt power outlet.
- Turn the control dial to "2" (High Speed) or use "P" (Pulse) for controlled grinding.
- Grind until desired consistency is achieved. Monitor closely to avoid over-grinding.
- Once grinding is complete, turn the dial to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.
- Remove the grinding cup from the motor base and carefully remove the blade assembly.
