Setup and Installation
The Syncros FL Computer Mount is specifically designed to replace the existing stem cap on Syncros FL Stems. Ensure your bicycle is equipped with a compatible Syncros FL Stem before proceeding with installation.
Required Tools:
- Hex key (appropriate size for stem cap bolt)
Installation Steps:
- Remove Existing Stem Cap: Using a hex key, carefully loosen and remove the bolt securing your current stem cap. Remove the stem cap.
- Position the Mount: Place the Syncros FL Computer Mount onto the stem, aligning the bolt hole with the steerer tube.
- Secure the Mount: Insert the original stem cap bolt (or a new bolt if provided with the mount) through the mount and into the steerer tube. Tighten the bolt securely, ensuring the mount is stable and the headset preload is correct. Do not overtighten.
- Verify Stability: Gently rock the handlebars back and forth while holding the front wheel to ensure there is no play in the headset. If there is play, tighten the stem cap bolt slightly more until the play is eliminated, then tighten the stem bolts.

Operating Instructions
This mount is compatible with Garmin Edge series bicycle computers.
Attaching Your Garmin Edge Computer:
- Align the tabs on the back of your Garmin Edge computer with the slots on the Syncros mount.
- Place the computer onto the mount, ensuring the tabs are seated in the slots.
- Gently press down and rotate the computer clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
Removing Your Garmin Edge Computer:
- Press down on the Garmin Edge computer.
