1. Introduction

2. Important Safeguards

4. Setup and First Use

  1. Before first use, wash the stainless steel whisk beaters in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The mixer body can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
  2. Ensure the speed control slider is in the 'OFF' (0) position.
  3. Insert the whisk beaters into the beater slots on the underside of the mixer body. Push firmly until they click into place.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The OVENTE Hand Mixer features 5 adjustable speeds for various mixing needs.

  1. Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. With the beaters inserted and the mixer plugged in, immerse the beaters into the ingredients.
  3. Slide the speed control to your desired setting (1-5). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing and gradually increase as needed.
  4. Move the mixer around the bowl to ensure even mixing.
  5. When finished, slide the speed control back to the 'OFF' (0) position and unplug the mixer.
  6. Press the beater eject button to release the beaters.

Speed Guide:

  • Speed 1-2: For folding, stirring, and mixing dry ingredients with liquids, or for slow mixing of thick batters.
  • Speed 3: For mixing cake batters, puddings, and light doughs.
  • Speed 4-5: For whipping cream, beating egg whites, mashing potatoes, and mixing heavy batters.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your hand mixer.

  • Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
  • Remove the whisk beaters by pressing the eject button.
  • The stainless steel whisk beaters are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.

7. Storage

  • After cleaning and ensuring all parts are dry, place the whisk beaters and the coiled power cord inside the snap-on storage case.
  • Attach the storage case to the bottom of the mixer body. It should snap securely into place.
