- Press the Start button on the console to begin. The belt will start moving at a low speed.

- Incline: Use the elevation control buttons on the console or the Hot Bar to adjust the incline from 0 to 20 percent in 0.5 percent increments.

The treadmill features Polar Telemetry and Contact Heart Rate System HR monitoring. Grasp the contact heart rate grips on the Hot Bar to display your heart rate on the console.

- Alternatively, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.
