3. Assembly Instructions
Assembly of the Physionics Adjustable Weight Bench and Dumbbell Set requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for bench assembly. Ensure all components are present before starting.
Tools Required (Not Included):
- Adjustable wrench or a set of spanners
- Allen keys (if applicable for specific bolts)
Bench Assembly (HNTLB07):
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Check against the parts list in your separate multilingual instruction manual to ensure everything is present.
- Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame of the bench using the provided bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure they are tightly fastened for stability.
- Assemble Backrest and Seat: Attach the backrest and seat pads to their respective adjustable frames. Pay attention to the hinge mechanisms and adjustment pins.
- Install Leg Support: Mount the leg support attachment to the front of the bench frame. Ensure the foam rollers are securely in place and the adjustment mechanism functions smoothly.

- Stability Check: Before first use, gently shake the assembled bench to confirm its stability.
Dumbbell Assembly (HSTA05/B):
- Select Weight Plates: Choose the desired weight plates (0.75 kg, 1.25 kg, or 2.5 kg) for your workout.
- Load Plates: Slide the selected weight plates onto the dumbbell bar.

4. Operating Instructions
This section details how to adjust and use your Physionics Adjustable Weight Bench and Dumbbell Set for various exercises.
Adjusting the Weight Bench:
The bench offers multiple adjustment options for the backrest, seat, and leg support to accommodate different exercises and user preferences.
- Backrest Adjustment: To change the backrest angle, locate the adjustment pin or lever mechanism at the rear of the backrest support. Pull the pin/lever, adjust the backrest to the desired incline or decline position, and release the pin/lever, ensuring it locks securely into a hole.
- Seat Adjustment: Some benches allow for seat angle adjustment. If applicable, locate the adjustment mechanism beneath the seat, adjust to the desired angle, and ensure it locks into place.
- Leg Support Adjustment: The leg support features foam rollers and an adjustable height mechanism. To adjust, locate the pin or knob on the leg support frame. Pull/turn it, slide the leg support to the desired height, and ensure it locks securely. This is ideal for abdominal exercises or securing your legs during decline movements.

Using the Dumbbell Set:
The included dumbbell set allows for progressive overload and a wide range of exercises.
- Weight Selection: Start with a weight that allows you to perform exercises with proper form for 8-12 repetitions. Gradually increase the weight as your strength improves.
- Secure Plates: Always ensure the spinlock collars are tightly secured before lifting the dumbbells to prevent plates from sliding off.
- Exercise Variety: Use the dumbbells for exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, chest flies, lunges, and squats.
5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Physionics fitness equipment.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bench pads and metal frame with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Use a mild soap solution if necessary, then wipe dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and adjustment pins for tightness. Retighten as needed. Inspect the upholstery for tears or excessive wear, and the metal frame for any signs of damage or rust.
- Lubrication: If any moving parts (e.g., adjustment mechanisms) become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
- Storage: The weight bench can be folded for space-saving storage. To fold, ensure the backrest is in its lowest position, then follow the specific folding mechanism instructions in your separate manual. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
